My Professional Path
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with Jamaican roots, so I bring the natural warmth and energy of the Caribbean to my work. I earned my clinical training at the University of North Texas and have built my practice on a simple commitment: making sure people feel truly heard. I provide a secure virtual space for Texas residents to navigate their mental health journey and reconnect with who they really are.
Born and raised in Jamaica, I bring the sunshine and energy of the Caribbean to my practice, as well as the skill, wisdom, and training from several years of college and post-graduate studies. I am a trained minister of religion with degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Andrews Theological Seminary. I received my Master of Science degree in Counseling at the University of North Texas. I have been married for 35 years. I have no children. My wife and I have experienced the pain of losing two children in the womb. I believe that all events in one’s life open the door for growth and enhanced experience. Nothing can break you, and all things make you. Truly believe that your finest hour is yet unknown.
